Services
What FaccioSiti offers.
FaccioSiti offers services related to websites, WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, technical SEO, security, performance, copywriting, graphics, hosting, email, and digital configurations.
The website pages describe services, interventions, and indicative prices. Sending a request via the website, email, phone, or WhatsApp does not automatically constitute a contract.
Estimates
First you evaluate, then you confirm.
Each project is evaluated based on available materials, platform, complexity, urgency, objectives, and the technical status of the site or tools involved.
Prices listed as “From…” are a starting point and do not automatically include additional features, third-party licenses, content, emergencies, complex integrations, or unforeseen activities.
An offer becomes binding only after explicit acceptance by both parties, via email, written message, quote confirmation, or other traceable agreement.
Payments
Deposits, balances and invoicing.
Payment methods, any deposits, deadlines, and balances are indicated in the estimate or agreed upon before starting work.
Generally, new activities or structured projects may require a deposit before starting. The balance is due upon delivery, publication, or completion of the agreed-upon phase.
In the event of non-payment, FaccioSiti may suspend activities, deliveries, support, or further modifications until the situation is regularized.
Times
Delivery and dependencies.
The times indicated are indicative and start from the confirmation of the proposal and the receipt of the materials, technical access, and necessary information.
Delays in delivery of text, images, logos, logins, approvals, or information may delay delivery.
Times can also change due to technical issues that are not initially visible, outdated plugins, limited hosting, malware, tool conflicts, pre-existing errors, or dependencies on external providers.
Materials
Logins, credentials, and content.
Access to WordPress, hosting, DNS, domain, email, Shopify, WooCommerce, Google tools, payment services, or other related systems may be required to perform the work.
Access is used only to perform the agreed-upon activities. The customer remains responsible for the ownership and accuracy of accounts, domains, licenses, images, text, trademarks, logos, and materials provided.
The customer must ensure that they have the right to use the materials submitted. FaccioSiti is not responsible for illegal, unauthorized, incorrect, or non-compliant content provided by the customer.
Revisions
Changes and additional requests.
The revisions included are defined in the estimate or agreed upon during the work phase.
Changes in direction, new features, significant graphical changes, additional content, or unexpected requests may require a re-evaluation and additional cost.
Third parties
Plugins, hosting and platforms.
Some features depend on third-party providers, plugins, APIs, payment gateways, hosting, registrars, email services, Google, Meta, Shopify, WooCommerce, or other external platforms.
License fees, subscriptions, commissions, renewals, technical limitations, or third-party policy changes are not included unless otherwise stated in the quote.
FaccioSiti does not directly control the continuity, prices, updates, downtime, limitations, or technical decisions of external suppliers.
SEO
No false guarantees.
SEO, technical, or performance interventions are performed according to available information and best practices applicable at the time of the work.
There is no guarantee of first place on Google, a minimum amount of traffic, a guaranteed increase in sales, a minimum number of contacts, or a specific financial result.
Safety
Backup, malware, and technical interventions.
Before carrying out any major technical interventions, it is recommended to have an up-to-date backup of your website, database, and important files.
When possible, FaccioSiti may perform or request a backup before making any significant changes. However, the customer remains responsible for maintaining their data, content, and access.
In the event of malware, serious errors, compromised sites, or corrupted configurations, intervention is based on the actual state of the system. Complete recovery cannot always be guaranteed, especially if valid backups are missing or the damage is pre-existing.
Delivery
When the work is done.
The work is considered completed when the activities envisaged in the estimate have been completed or made available to the customer.
Online publication may depend on approvals, final content, DNS, hosting, access, or external services. If the client delays approvals or materials, the work may be considered complete for the portion already completed.
Use of works
Portfolio and references.
Unless otherwise agreed, FaccioSiti may cite the completed project as an example or reference in its portfolio, using the name, screenshot, or general description of the work.
If the client prefers not to appear in the portfolio, he or she can communicate this before publication or during the agreement phase.
Responsibility
Reasonable limits.
FaccioSiti works diligently to provide stable solutions that are consistent with the agreed-upon objectives.
It is not responsible for damages or problems caused by incorrect information provided by the customer, modifications made by third parties, failed renewals, outdated plugins or themes, external services, inadequate hosting, unauthorized content, or improper use of the provided tools.
Privacy
Personal data and cookies.
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
The use of cookies is described in the Cookie Policy, generated and managed via Complianz.
Updates
Changes to the Terms.
These terms may be updated in the event of changes to the services, the structure of the site, or the operational management of FaccioSiti.
The updated version is published on this page.
