Interventions.
The site is already there. Something's not working.
What's the problem?
The symptom is enough.
Performance.
Ten seconds to open a page is nine too many. Google has already noticed, and so have visitors. We measure it, find the bottleneck, and eliminate it.
Payments.
Carts full, orders zero. Gateway unresponsive, checkout jammed. Every hour down means unpaid bills.
Email.
The form works, but the responses don't. Order confirmations go to spam, quotes disappear. The customer thinks you're ignoring them.
Graphics.
The website tells the story of what it was five years ago. It's broken on mobile, with random fonts and grainy photos. There's no need to rebuild it from scratch; it just needs to be tidied up.
Safety.
Pages you never wrote, redirects to unlikely sites, hosting that shuts everything down. First they get back on track, then the door they came through closes.
Migrations.
Wix is cramped, Shopify is expensive, HTML is from 2011, hosting is slow. We're moving: content, URLs, and positioning are arriving intact on the other side.
Technical SEO.
The site exists, but Google doesn't know it. Indexing errors, broken redirects, a structure that confuses crawlers. The technical side is being fixed—the part that decides whether you appear or not.
All interventions.

What you need.
Of course. Yet it happens that it's missing.
WordPress, hosting, or both—it depends on the project. I ask for them after the quote, not before.
When did it start, what has changed recently? It helps more than you think.
